Cover.dk drops Flash for Drupal

Running on a Flash-based website for about a year, Cover fashion magazine switched its online presence for an advanced online solution backed by Drupal.

Propeople took the challenge to make Cover.dk an online fashion magazine that would preserve its high printing standards online and to ensure Cover.dk an outstanding professional online presence. The new design focuses on content, particularly on visual elements, this is why we used the @Font face technology to integrate magazine's own font and created a special flash module for pictures.

“We believe the new Cover.dk design is as nice as it used to be, except now it is a more agile platform and open environment. Cover needed to act more dynamically on the web, but this was not possible with their old Flash solution” says Michael Drejer, Global CEO at Propeople.

Ultimately, the new Cover.dk is now an online fashion universe where each story is just one click away and with no dead ends.
