  • Experienced to manage schedule, meetings and timekeeping for executives
  • Ability to work long hours and open to international and domestic travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Rapid decision-making skills without administrative support

  • Experienced in Client Relationship Management
  • Experience to promoting, improve and establish processes throughout the organization

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO; to represent the CEO internally and externally
  • Manage and conserve CEO's time; arrange meeting schedules in a pertinent agenda
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Screen phone calls, emails, faxes and mail; reply and handle them when appropriate
