Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the CEO; to represent the CEO internally and externally
- Manage and conserve CEO's time; arrange meeting schedules in a pertinent agenda
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Screen phone calls, emails, faxes and mail; reply and handle them when appropriate
